Travel from Boston to Rye

There are a few public transportation options to get between Boston and Rye. 1. The C & J Bus Line is a super convenient bus option, with pickups at Boston Logan and South Station. It's about an hour and a half bus ride and drops you off in Portsmouth. From the bus stop, it's an easy uber ride to downtown Portsmouth, Rye, or wherever you're staying. 2. The Amtrak Downeaster Train Line runs from Boston North Station to Exeter, NH. The train ride is about an hour and then it's a quick 20-minute uber ride to Portsmouth or Rye.
