If flying, DEN is the closest and largest airport. It is approximately a two hour drive to Estes Park from the airport. Car rental is available from DEN. Book early, there is currently a nation-wide rental car shortage.

We will be staying at the Black Canyon Inn, which is where both the ceremony and the reception are located. Condos are available to rent if you wish to stay on-site (book early!). See link below. Sadly, no pets allowed.

We also have a block of rooms reserved at the Best Western Inn in Estes Park. You must call the hotel directly to book with our block. Discounted rates are available until 7/30/2021. See link below.

Shuttles will be available from 3:00 pm - 12:30 am between the Best Western Inn and Black Canyon Inn on wedding day. Utilize shuttles or carpool if possible as parking at the venue is limited!

Lyft and Uber are NOT widely available in Estes Park.

August is peak vacation season for Estes Park. Plan your stay early!
