Mexican attire - Colores Mexicanos - Mexican Colors
As our guests trickle in to town, we welcome everyone with food, drinks, and music. The vibe is casual and fun. Decor will be Mexican themed and so feel free to come dressed in festive colors, in the Mexican tradition! Food will be available buffet style and available throughout the party. THE FOOD From Chef/owner Blanca Esthela Martínez Bueno, what began as farm-to-table burritos for local vineyard workers, has now evolved into a Michelin-rated restaurant and is now one of the most famous restaurants in Baja California. Visited by culinary greats like Anthony Bourdain and Gordon Ramsey, La Cosina de Doña Esthela has been regarded by some critics as the tastiest breakfast in the world. The house specialty is the Borrego Tatemado - daily fresh lamb from Doña Esthela’s farm, simmered underground for hours, served with salsa and handmade tortillas. We are blessed to welcome our guests with a taste of Doña Esthela’s kitchen at our Welcome Party!
