Our venue requires all guests ride the provided shuttles to and from the wedding, so please plan accordingly. For your convenience, we have arranged for shuttles to make the following stops. Please determine which of the following pick-up locations is most proximate to your accommodations + decide where you'd like to be picked up. Shuttle Bus to the Wedding The below pick-up times are approximate DEPARTURES, so please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to departure. 3:30 pm // Holiday Inn Express 3:40 pm // Hampton Inn + Suites Hood River 3:55 pm // Pick-up in downtown Hood River at the Hood River News parking lot on the corner of 6th and State, right across the street from Stoltz Winery. This pick-up is a short walk to most hotels and is located near street parking and several parking lots (Columbia Lot, State Lot, Cascade Lot). This is also a 6 minute walk to the after party bar location. 4:15 pm // Columbia Cliffs 4:20 pm // Columbia Gorge Hotel 4:25 pm // Westcliff Shuttle Bus from the Wedding Shuttles will depart from the venue at 9:30pm, stopping at all of the destinations listed above. Plan to ride the shuttle to / from the Hood River News Parking Lot stop, should you plan to attend the after party at Whiskey Tango. Again, this is a brief, 6 minute walk from this location. If you are 21+ and plan to attend the after party at the Whiskey Tango, please make sure you have a safe ride home and/or a designated driver lined up. Reminder - there is NO Lyft/Uber.
If you plan to stay in Hood River, which we encourage, we highly recommend that you book your lodging accommodations as soon as possible. Most hotels in the area do not offer room blocks or discounts for guests, however those who choose to book at the Hampton Inn & Suites using the link on our website will receive the local rate which provides a small discount for lodging. We have several other local hotel options listed under the "Travel" section of our website for you to check out.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside so a jacket or shawl is recommended. The reception will be held inside a covered tent. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail areas are on grass.
Formal garden party attire! Women, think long dresses, jumpsuits or cocktail chic with a spring flare. Men, we would prefer you wear a suit and tie or a sport coat. Thank you for taking this into consideration when choosing your wedding wardrobe!
We kindly ask that there are no phones or cameras during our wedding ceremony.
