Do I need a passport to travel to DR?

Answer

Yes. You will need a passport. Check your expiration date now. If you need a new passport or an updated one, please submit your documents no later than December 10, 2024. The link will provide the closest passport center to you. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

Can I book my room now?

Answer

Yes! We have 20 rooms blocked out as first come first serve for the wedding party discount. If you are unsure of your availability, you can go directly to: https://www.jewelresorts.com/palm-beach/all-inclusive-suites To book a room now. You have until 14 days before the wedding to cancel without penalties. Booking through the website allows you to reserve your room now and pay later. It is highly recommended you secure your room as soon as possible.

Can I get a discount on my airfare?

Is there going to be structured gathering times?

Answer

Yes, please refer to the schedule for events and times. There will be an abundance of free time to relax, take in the sites, or check out a recommended excursion.

Will I need to pay for additional expenses at the wedding?

Answer

If you are staying at the Jewel Palm resort it is all-inclusive. Please see the website for details. If you participate in excursions or outings that is on your personal expense. Scheduled wedding events will not have additional costs. This will be labeled “Wedding Events.”

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, all kids are welcome at the wedding and on the resort. The resort offers childcare and activities to keep the kids busy if you’d like some down time or a night free. These programs are free for the kids to attend.
