Travel Note
It is important to note that it is very common for traffic to be heavy on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge during the summer months and on holiday weekends. It is likely that your trip to the wedding may include a trip across the bridge. Especially if you are staying at one of our room blocks in Annapolis. Please be sure to allow yourself extra time to account for any holiday traffic you may encounter. Hotel
Our room block at the Inn is quite small and is filled primarily with immediate family and the wedding party. However, it is the closest hotel to the reception-right on the same property! Guests are able to walk or use a free shuttle service to get back and forth from the reception venue. Our room block here is currently full. On January 1st, the Inn may have more rooms. If you want to stay here, simply call the Inn on January 1st and mention the Scrobe/Shuey wedding. We will be providing transportation to the Jetty for the after party beginning at 10 PM. We will be providing transportation back to the Inn with last transportation pick up being at 12:30 AM.
Flight
BWI is the closest airport to the venue (about a 45 minute drive). Other Washington-Baltimore area airports include Reagan National Airport (DCA) (about 60 minute drive from venue) and International Airport at Dulles (IAD) (90 minute drive from venue).
House Or Rental
Hotels on Kent Island are very limited. But getting an Air BnB or rental house in Grasonville and Stevensville might be a good option!
