We are getting MARRIED!

Joey was in Bothell at the time for work where Karis was currently living, and he asked her if the prior acceptance to go out on a date with him was still in the cards. Honestly, she didn't want to (sorry Joey!) but not because of him, she just didn't want to date anyone. Her friend Stacy encouraged her to go, and she told Karis, "What can it hurt? A free drink and some socializing won't be bad for you." So, Karis did it. Karis agreed to meet with Joey. Mutually, it was the best first date EVER. They sat and talked for hours, almost as if they already knew one another. They instantly clicked, and the rest is history!
