11:00 am - 4:00 pm
Tunes, libations, canoe races, etc.
We encourage anyone and everyone to roll in as early as 9am on Friday so you can set up your campsite for the weekend, take a dip in Camp Wamp's private lake, drink a cold beer, play some games and maybe help us with venue set up (this is a very DIY kind of place). Bring a beach towel and chair, a bathing suit, and perhaps a SUP or a hammock if you've got it....there are many many pine trees perfectly situated around the lake for a hammock siesta.

Casual, Potluck Dinner
We'll provide tri-tips and sausages but please bring a side dish or appetizer to share. You will have access to Camp Wamp's industrial kitchen if you need to prepare your dish on-site - there are multiple stoves, ovens, and plenty of refrigerator space. We encourage you to bring a folding camp chair or blanket and your own plates/utensils for the rehearsal dinner so we can minimize our impact. Please sign up for the potluck here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DYj9PvXMqRspfP3qZHaK9ANub_Lf8nULI5makf4eKJk/edit#gid=0
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
After the rehearsal BBQ, feel free to hang out around the campfire, roast marshmallows, tell stories and visit. Bring instruments and ask Ryan, Luka, or Chapman to serenade us all!
10:00 am - 10:30 am
"Mountain Fancy" (which translates to pretty casual - ladies, ditch the heels, we're in the mountains!)
The ceremony will be on the lawn overlooking the lake. We will have a bloody mary and mimosa bar following the ceremony up at the food & music hall... please arrive to the lawn around 9:45 am as the ceremony starts at 10:00am. ***We need your help schlepping the benches from the ceremony site to the food hall!
11:00 am - 2:30 pm
Following our ceremony (and a little time for family photos) there will be a brunch-style reception. We are delighted to have food from Truckee's very own MOGROG which will include a rösti with poached egg, a seasonal summer salad, and a special sweet surprise.
2:30 pm - 5:00 pm
After the brunch reception we have built in a little "downtime" so you can take that hammock siesta, dip in the lake, or hike out to Long Lake if you'd like to stretch your legs. Use this time to rest, refresh, and maybe pick out some fun but warm layers for the evening (Camp Wamp is at nearly 7,000 feet of elevation so it does get chilly at night). Please plan to rejoin us around 5:00pm at the reception hall for the first dance, cake cutting and live music.
5:00 pm
Dress to Impress
Put on your dancin' shoes and join us for the remainder of the evening. We encourage your most festive attire - furs, lights, costumes, you know the drill. We will have a charcuterie spread, cut the cake, and kick off the night with live music. This will transition to a late night disco where the party will goes until the sun comes up or you go to bed (whichever comes first). We will have a wood-fired pizza trailer on site but please note this meal is NOT hosted. We ask that if you prefer this option over cooking at your campsite (or in the camp kitchen) and that you please plan ahead to bring cash or use Venmo for purchasing a slice or two.
