What is the dress code for the events?
Answer
Wedding Attire We ask that all of our guests attend the wedding ceremony and reception wearing formal attire/black tie optional. Men wear suits with a jacket and tie, no shorts. Women wear an evening gown, tea length dress, or pant suit. Out of respect for the bride and groom please do not wear a white dress or green suit. Welcome Cocktail Women wear sundresses, lightweight separates. Men wear light dress shirt (short sleeve okay) with khaki or other lightweight slacks or shorts, jackets and ties optional.

What day is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding is on a Friday October 25 2024. We suggest flying in Wednesday night or Thursday morning and you are able to fly home Saturday or Sunday. Ceremony begins at 5 pm sharp. Meet at 4:30 at the Reef Tower Lobby to be escorted to the ceremony location.

All events will be held on the Atlantis property. Wedding is located at Ocean's Edge outdoor location. (Meet at the Reef tower lobby at 4:30 to be escorted) Welcome cocktail event is located at Sea Glass Lounge. Pool Party is located at the Coral pool.

What time does the wedding start?
Answer
Meet at 4:30 at the Lobby of the Reef tower to be escorted to the ceremony location. We are asking our guess to walk in with the escort. Ceremony begins at 5 pm sharp.

Will all guests be required to stay at Atlantis?
Answer
No. Our guests are welcome to find a hotel that best suits them and their needs. We chose Atlantis for its amenities and ease for all onsite activities as well as being the perfect location for our wedding.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We love your kids and are very excited to enjoy the pool and beach with you and your family. However, to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day (wedding only) no children under 12. Atlantis hotels has an array of babysitters available for in room babysitting. We have tried their services and it was a nice experience for Nathan. They come to your room, can provide dinner or other meals, and keep detailed notes of anything that happens during their time with the kids. The kids club option for daytime activities are for children age 3 and older.
