Please join us for a cocktail style welcome event which will follow our rehearsal dinner. This is a casual event that will give us the opportunity to see everyone the night before the wedding. Event time starts at 7:00pm, but feel free to drop in as you wish anytime before 10:00pm. A variety of Hors D'oeuvres, wine, soft drinks, coffee, and tea will be available on us! Children are welcome before 8:30pm.

Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony will take place in the CedarCreek rose garden, followed by a cocktail party and reception.
The rose garden is grassy, so ladies may want to wear a thick or wedged heel. Please see section below for details regarding parking and transportation information for the wedding day.

The event is semi-formal, black tie optional.
Parking is limited at the venue and will be reserved for those with young children, or for those who have accessibility concerns. Three shuttles will be available for pick up and drop off on the day of the wedding. Two shuttles will be departing from the Delta, and one from The Shore hotel. Shuttle information: Company name: Cheers Okanagan Tours LTD. Two shuttles will depart from the main entrance of the Delta Grand Okanagan, located 1310 Water St, Kelowna, BC V1Y 9P3, at 2:00pm. Please be there no later than 1:45pm. If you are staying at a rental property, or somewhere other than the above mentioned hotels, please arrange to be dropped off at the Delta location. If you are driving, there is parking located across the street from the Delta at 1251-1299 Water St, V1Y 9V1 for a $15 flat rate. One shuttle will depart from The Shore hotel at 3499 Lakeshore Rd V1W 0A7 at 2:00pm. Please arrange to be there no later than 1:45pm. Shuttle drop offs will begin at 10:00pm.
