From either of these airports, you can drive the beautiful Highway 1 from Half Moon Bay to Monterey. We highly recommend this option - we think it’s a part of the Monterey experience not to be missed! Check out our 'Things to Do' page for our favorite stops along the way.

Nightly Rate: $199-$209 for July 1, 2, & 3 (2-night minimum) Room Types: Single Bed (K or Q), a few 2 Doubles, a few Petit 1 Double Great location, less amenities than the other hotels on the list. We have stayed here before and would stay again. We apologize that this hotel has been giving some guests a challenging booking experience. When you call, ask for "Chelsea Keen" (general manager) or "Josh" (assistant manager), and request to book in the "Miller Wedding Block". Due to a change in the hotel's reservation system, Chelsea and Josh are the only ones who can make your booking. Note: There is no air conditioning, but this is generally not necessary in July as temps are in the 60s. There's another more modern side of the hotel with slightly higher rates and air conditioning. Check out rental homes in Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel. Just keep in mind that most are not within walking distance and Ubers/cabs are unreliable in the area, so you should plan to drive to the wedding. For this reason, we recommend the hotels near the venue.
