We invite all friends and family who will be in town Friday evening for welcome drinks.
3:30 pm - 3:45 pm
There will be two buses, one departing from The Hampton Inn and one from the Liyo Inn. The buses will be there at 3:30 with a departure at 3:45. We encourage guests to drive here to either hotel and leave their cars in the parking lot. If one bus fills up the other bus will circle back to the hotel where there is overflow!

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
10:30 pm - 11:30 pm
There will be a 10:30 pm shuttle service back to The Hampton Inn and Liyo Inn as well as an 11:30 pm shuttle.
