Question

Are we allowed to bring our kids?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not bring your kids. We are only allowing immediate family to bring their kids.

Do you have room blocks for any hotels near the venue?

Answer

YES! We have some rooms at the Fairfield Inn for a discounted rate! Just click on the Travel tab and it will bring you to the page with all of the information you need!

What happens if I can't drive home or to the hotel?

Answer

If you are staying at the Fairfield Inn, the venue provides a shuttle service. Additionally, cars can be safely left at the venue overnight to be retrieved the following day. If you are not staying at a hotel, there are ride services such as Uber and Lyft that can take you to your final destination.

What if I have specific food allergies?

Answer

Please text Kamryn with any food allergies that we should be aware of! (813) 417-1045. Please only notify us if it is a life-threatening allergy, not just a food preference.

I didn't see where I choose what I am eating. Did I miss it?

Answer

No, we are doing a buffet style meal so there will be plenty of food from which to choose!

Are the ceremony and the reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outside by a pond. The cocktail hour and reception will take place in an open air barn.

Since this at a barn venue, should I wear specific shoes?

Answer

You may wear whatever shoes you would like but keep in mind that you will be walking through some grassy areas, so ladies, you probably do not want to wear stilettos or any skinny heels as they will most likely become flats ;).

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes (duh)! For our guests that are of age, we will be providing an open bar with signature drinks! Those who are not of age will have tea, lemonade, water, and sodas from which to choose :)

What is the attire?

Answer

We ask that you wear formal attire. Please note, the wedding and reception are outdoors. Heaters will be provided if needed. Ladies, please do not come in a white dress. Not sure if you have ever seen Kamryn mad but it's not a good time. So please, for the sake of everyone's well-being, DO NOT WEAR A WHITE DRESS!
