Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We appreciate your presence at our wedding festivities and love that we get to celebrate with our closest friends and family! If you choose to bring a gift, we are registered on Amazon and Crate & Barrel! Our links to our registries can be found under the Registry tab, or by searching on the websites directly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please check our Travel tab on our website for travel suggestions! We have hotel blocks at two different hotels, the Holiday Inn Express and the Courtyard by Marriott (both in Holland).

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, Ivy House has ample parking spaces for our guests!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are traveling from out of state the day of the wedding, please consider that Michigan is on EST. Our ceremony will begin promptly at five o'clock in the evening. Please arrive thirty minutes prior to the ceremony to find your seat!

Can I bring a date? Are kids allowed?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you! We have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity, therefore we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

What will the menu be like?

Answer

Light hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour. Entrees include the following: bacon & boursin stuffed chicken, bacon wrapped filet mignon, and torched three cheese ravioli (vegetarian). All guests will be able to make their meal selections when they RSVP online.

Is the wedding and reception inside or outside?

Answer

All wedding events will be held on the Ivy House property. The ceremony will be in the greenhouse, cocktail hour is held on the patio of the barn, and the reception will be held inside the barn. Please plan accordingly for the weather as July may be hot!

How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invite envelope. Kindly RSVP before June 1st. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcount's to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The bar will be open for non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, and mixed drinks - no shots. The venue does check ID's, so please bring this if you plan to drink.
