Is the resort all inclusive?

Answer

Yes! The Secrets resort includes 13 Dining options, 12 bars, 4 infinity pools, a mini bar in the room, 24 hour room service, beautiful spa, fitness center, and coffee/gelato cafe. The Dreams resort is also all inclusive with 6 pools, splash park for the kiddos, 8 dining options, 7 bars, a mini bar in your room with 24 hours room service, beautiful spa, fitness center, and coffee/gelato cafe. As well as the kid’s adventures club!

Do you have a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

We do have a room block at both resorts. Mostly at Secrets, Dreams we have only for those families we have invited. Make sure to register with our Travel Agent Paul via the “view” tab in the Accommodations section. The deadline for registering for your room is August 31, 2023. All of our hotel information is posted in the Accommodations & Additional Resort Info section. Please let any of us know if you have any questions while booking.

When is the RSPV deadline?

We kindly ask you RSVP here on our website by August 31, 2023. We also ask you fill out the registration form via the “view” tab in the Accommodations sections by August 31, 2023 as well.

What is the difference between the preferred rooms vs the non-preferred rooms?

Answer

The following is included with preferred room selection: * Personalized check-in and check-out * Daily continental breakfast service * Afternoon hot and cold hors d’oeuvres * Exquisite desserts and premium liquors * Access to Preferred Club lounge and bar open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

What is the difference between The Secrets & Dreams Resorts?

Answer

Both the Secrets & Dreams Resorts share the same property which combined is called Bahia Mita. Secrets resorts are adults only, while Dreams resort are family friendly. If you’re staying at Secrets you will not only have access to the restaurants on their side of property, but also dreams restaurants as well.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). It is about 40 minutes away from Secrets & Dreams Puta Mita.

Will transportation to the resort be included?

Answer

Included in your all inclusive package is Nonstop round trip airport transportation. Transfers must be booked on the reservation with Paul, our travel agent.

Do I need renew my passport?

Answer

Please check your passport expiration date ASAP. At least 6 months validity is recommended, but you MUST have at least 3 months validity beyond your planned date of departure. How long should I book my stay?

We will be hosting activities from February 8th - February 10th and will be in Puta Mita from from Feb 7th - Feb 14th.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Weather should be anywhere from 75 °F- 82 °F. Our venue is overlooking the ocean, so we may have a ocean breeze, so feel free to bring a light sweater. We will update once we are closer to the date as well.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi - formal. Ladies can wear either a nice dress with heels, or a cocktail dress. Gentlemen can wear a nice dress shirt (short sleeve or long sleeve), dress pants and nice shoes. Tie is optional. Our ceremony is on the sand, and our reception will be on grass, for heel preference. We are in Mexico after all, so we want you to have fun with your outfit choice!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors on the Bahia Mita property ( Bahia Mita is the Combination name of Secrets & Dreams resorts ) . The venue over looks the beach and is on grass/ sand so you are more than welcome to bring a pair of dancing shoes to change into later in the evening.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome at the Dreams resort. We have set aside a certain number of rooms for those guests we’ve invited with kids. But we do request no children attend the rehearsal dinner or the wedding day festivities. We will have childcare coordinated with the concierge if needed.
