Dalton and Kalee met in junior high school, and later became best friends in high school. They talked throughout college, and reconnected during school breaks. After college graduation, timing aligned, and the two started hanging out again. It wasn't long before they were dating.

Dalton (finally) proposed on May 19, 2022 on top of the Seattle Ferris wheel during sunset. Dalton and Kalee have felt so loved by everyone and are so grateful for all the kind words and gestures over the past few months.

Kalee and Dalton have decided to have a micro-wedding in their favorite Colorado town, Crested Butte, at the end of September.
