Kaitlyn’s POV: I had tried all the dating apps for about a year. Although this is cliche, I had given up hope. I was tired of saying “I am dating to marry, I have goals, and I will not settle”. However, one night in December I got a message from a guy who would soon become my favorite human. Spencer sent the first message. From that first message, I knew I had found the one God made for me. We would message back and forth for hours! We quickly exchanged phone numbers and a week later we had our first date. If you can picture it, just two country kids sitting at Ruth Chris in blue jeans. The rest is history. Facebook often puts people in Facebook jail, is mainly for the older population, but for me, it allowed me to meet my soulmate! For once, I can say Facebook actually worked!
