Best Man

Devin and I have shared a special friendship over the past 29 years. We first met in Kindergarten and quickly didn't care for each other for some reason LOL. After settling our difference, we found out we were meant to be best friends for life. Through thick and thin, I have always been able to count on Devin whenever I needed him. I never was lucky enough to have siblings, but I consider Devin not only my best friend but the brother I never had. Thanks again for always having my back!

Nick Lippi

Nick and I have been friends since middle school when I moved from Los Altos, Ca to Santa Cruz, Ca. We immediately became friends because we shared the same interests like going to sporting events, concerts, playing poker, shooting guns & hanging out at the beach. We both loved baseball and became teammates in high school. Nick is a friend who has also been there for me through thick and thin. Nick is always willing to go the extra mile for his family and friends which is what makes him such a kind and likable guy.

Derek Eaton

I first met Derek shortly after I graduated from the Wendelstedt School of Professional Umpiring. We were both lucky enough to be selected to attend a second evaluation process down in Florida. In 2011, we both got hired to umpire in the Minor Leagues for the Arizona League. This is where our friend grew not only on the field but off the field. I didn't realized at the time, he lived in Tracy, Ca which was fairly close to me. Over the years, we have shared many experiences from going to sporting events, working travel baseball together, playing on the same softball team and going on vacations to place like Las Vegas. I was lucky and privileged Derek asked me to be a groomsmen in his Wedding.

Alex Ransom

Alex and I met when we both where attending Wendelstedt Professional Umpire School in 2009. In 2010 we worked a summer College baseball league in New York. We quickly became friends because we shared a lot in common especially our passion for umpiring. We continued to stay friends over the years and finally got to umpire again together, but this time it was on a professional baseball field in a league called the Southern League (AA).

Chris Presley

Chris and I first met only a few years ago. We work for the same travel baseball organization in the offseason after we return home from our season's working as Professional Baseball Umpires. I could tell Chris and I were going to become friends, because we have a lot in common. I was lucky to have Chris on my Spring Training crew in Glendale, AZ last season. He works hard and knows how to have fun on and off the field which makes it so nice to work with a guy like that. I look forward to new experiences and continuing to build my friendship with Chris over the years!
