We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us on our big day! Therefore we are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. Please avoid jeans and the colors white and dark emerald green. For examples of what semi-formal wear looks like, see the Pinterest link below. Thank you all! https://pin.it/76eh0LefT
While we would love to invite EVERYONE, due to limited capacity at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be specified on your invitation and RSVP card.
We love your littles, we really do! However, unless noted on your invitation, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. Take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!
We are planning to have the ceremony outdoors, however, the ceremony will be moved indoors if the Montana weather isn't cooperating! The reception will be held indoors.
Our ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm, so we ask guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure everyone is able to find their seats before the big event.
Please RSVP no later than September 1st. We need an accurate guest count in order to keep the event running smoothly, so if we do not hear from you by then, we will assume you are unable to attend. If you are unable to make it, we will miss you! Please let us know via the link for the RSVP. https://www.zola.com/wedding/kaitlynandbraydan/rsvp
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please! The front rows will be reserved for close family. For dinner, we will have a seating chart to ensure that our guests are sat with those they know and their date.
We kindly request all phones to be put on silent and kept away for the duration of the ceremony. Our photographer, Tina, is very good at her job! Feel free to use your phone and take pictures once the ceremony is over.
We are excited to be able to offer our guests free beer and wine at our event. We will also have 'his and hers' mixed drinks that will be available for a limited amount of time, also on us! Feel free to bring your own drinks as well; however, we will not have space or coolers to store them for you so plan accordingly!
Eureka is a small town, so lodging can be limited. Please see our 'Travel' tab above for a list of some of the lodging options Eureka has to offer! We are unable to do a hotel block at this time.
Of course! After the ceremony and cocktail hour, a full dinner will be served. We will be doing a buffet-style meal and call tables up one at a time to keep things running smoothly.
You celebrating with us on our big day is more than enough. Gifts are not expected. However, we do have a registry with some items we will need for our future home. The link for the registry can be found on the 'Registry' tab above or via the link below :) https://www.zola.com/wedding/kaitlynandbraydan/registry
There is plenty of parking at the venue! However, Eureka is a small town, so there is likely no rideshare options such as Uber or Lyft. Please make sure you have a safe option for getting home; we want you all to make it safe and sound!
