Becoming the Caldwells

We both were attending the University of South Carolina when we met in 2015. Andrell was playing for the men's club ultimate frisbee team and coaching the women's ultimate club team, while Kaitlyn was playing for the women's team. Meeting in 2015, both of us were in our respective relationships and didn't even have a thought of being interested in one another. Come 2019, we were both single and started to hang out in the same friend groups more often in our free time, including semi-weekly brunches with our good friend Hannah Wilks. With the help of her persuasion, Andrell grew the courage to ask Kaitlyn out on a date... and the rest was history. How grateful are we, to get to spend a lifetime together with the one who understands, encourages, holds accountable, forgives, and loves us most. Here's to us!
