Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, of course!

Question

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoor. In the event of unwanted weather, proper shelter will be placed for the ceremony. Reception is under a covered pavilion. There are gravel, grass and concrete areas all throughout the venue. Block heels and comfortable shoes are recommended.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to the TRAVEL tab here on our website. We will have a room block for our out of town guests and details to book are listed under the TRAVEL tab along with a discount link for booking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding is FORMAL. The wedding party will be dressed in black tie attire and will be wearing the colors burgundy, black and white. For women, floor-length or midi-length dresses are required. For gentlemen, wear a suit and tie or sports coat with dress shoes. No jeans or above/at the knee dresses please! No color restrictions.

Is there parking at the venue?

Valet parking will be available at the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If we have designated a date for you, their name will be written in the formal invitation and RSVP form! We are so excited to have you and your date(s) celebrate our big day with us!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invited kids will have their names written in your formal invitation and will be on the RSVP form. When you RSVP for your children please include the age they will be at the time of the wedding! (December 3rd, 2023)

What if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP by the date which we have provided it will be automatically marked as "will not attend" by the RSVP system. As much as we will miss you celebrating with us, we understand things happen! Unfortunately, our caterer has strict guest count guidelines and does not accept late modifications under any circumstances. We hope you understand!
