Nicole is also one of the most caring people who cares deeply for her friends and that is one of the best quantities I love about her. You will 100% find her on thr dance floor with her amazing moves!

Shelby is also one of the funniest people you will meet with a heart of gold. She is another former NC State Swimming teammate. We met when Shelby decided to get me an entire gift bag full of "sun" things and called me sunshine. From sharing rooms on travel meets, eating full pumpkin pie, to Wilmington parties with Nicole, you have always been there for me.

Miffy Buchanan

Miffy is another former NC State swimming teammate. She is one the most kind, sweet, and caring person I have known. She was like a mother figure to us in college and a huge role model to me and still is. She is one of the hardest working people I know and has always supported me in swimming and life. Miffy is probably stronger than any of the groomsman lol.

Allison is another former NC State swimming teammate! She was my host when I was first looking at colleges to swim at when I was in high school. Allison is also one of the strongest people I know, I truly look up to her to who she is as a person. Allison is one of the nicest, most caring, and always down to have fun person!

Katie is one of my very oldest friends ( and by old I mean I have known her since pre-school). She is also a former swimming teammate from high school RMSC national team. Katie and I were roommates in Baltimore where we had the time of our lives! Katie also has a heart of gold who is probably one of the nicest people I have met. Katie is always down for a good time and can be seen on the dance floor with her dance moves!

Erica White

I met Erica back in 2018 when we were all on a ski trip and I came back from the slopes to the house and from the minute she said I like you, you're funny , and I responded with "thanks its the trauma from skiing" we have been great friends. From going out to bars, eating an entire pizza in an uber, to destroying an uber with sauce, to girls trip to the beach, we have laughed so hard together with Jess. Erica is one of the most mentally and physically strong person I know. I look up to her for who she is as a person and mother. I value Erica's strong opinions and her ability to speak her mind because we are alike in that sense.

I also met Jess back in 2018 at the same place I met Erica. Ever since then the three of us have been great friends. Jess has the best heart and truly cares about her friends. She is a ride or die friend and I value that in her so much. Jess is the most artistic person I know who is incredibly talented at art, makeup, photography, and much more. Jess has made me laugh on all our girls trips or going out until I cry. You can bet you will see Jess on the dance floor with Erica in their hilarious dance moves!

Meghann McCarthy

Meghann is my wonderful sister in law. From the moment I met her at my brother's JMU graduation party where she helped me when I was a bit too tipsy I knew I was going love this girl. I couldn't ask for a better person for my brother to be with. Meghann is very caring, sweet, and outgoing. I also value her ability to speak her mind because I am the same way. You will for sure see Meghann making sure everyone has a drink in their hand at the reception to party!

Andrea is Nathan's sister and my soon to be sister in law! From the moment I met Andrea I knew I was going to love this girl. She is literally super mom with three kids! Andrea is so caring, sweet, and gets my sarcastic fun humor which I love. I couldn't ask for a better sister in law as someone who I do look up to and how amazing of a mom she is to her kids, how much she loves her husband, and how close she is to Nathan.

Brittney I have known since high school! Her family is another one that is like a second family to me. Ever watch the sopranos? Her big Italian family is very similar minus the mob lol. Brittney is one of the most caring and sweetest people I know. I look up to her to who she is as a mom and person. I have always valued her loyalty and her ability to wanting that from her friends as well. Brittney is a strong Italian woman who is tough but has a heart of gold!

Everly Jenkins

Everly is Andrea's daughter who is the most sweet old soul I have ever met. She reminds me so much of younger self. Everly is such a good girl who helps her mom, listens so well, and loves her family. Since being sick I have not been able to see her swim but when I do I will be the one in the stands cheering and whistling! So happy to have you as one of the lower girls Everly.

Madelyn is Andrea's second daughter who is also a sweet girl and has a very creative side to her. Every time I see her she tells me about her day or how her week has been. Madelyn is very intuitive and helps her mom out! I am so happy to have you as a second flower girl Madelyn!

My mother is the most hard working person you will ever meet. She raised three kids while making sure each of us were involved with sports, doing well in school, had social events to attend, and gave us the best childhood during some hard times growing up. My mom is very caring and loves to have a good time! My mom has been there for me every step of the way the past year and half dealing with a painful condition that has effected our family tremendously. She had traveled 5 different states with me, going to so many procedures, all while trying to keep her job going. I owe a lot of where I am now to my mother.

My grandma is probably the nicest, most caring, and generous person I know. She has a heart of gold that would help any one in a minute. She has this warmth about her that makes you want to be around her and listen to her life stories. She and my grandpa were like a second set of parent growing up and I owe a lot to them to where I am today. My grandpa passed away in 2018 and he was my best friend. we are so much alike that my family calls me bob 2.0. My grandparents mean so much to me that not having my grandpa at the wedding is one the hardest things I will feel. However, I am VERY lucky to have my grandma here, she an and my mom helped me so much during this hard year and sacrificed a lot.

Mary has been the best mom to my sister and I our entire lives. She has a huge heart and anybody that knows her would agree. From kids to now adults her love as a mother shines bright always making sure we are alright and have what we need. Losing my dad to cancer was one of the toughest things we have endured. She continues to be strong, have faith in God and just navigate this crazy world with her big heart.

One day in 2008 I was walking thru the woods, found a tree with a hole in it and inside was my best friend the hobbit. All jokes aside, Dusty and I became friends in 10th grade. We have stayed close ever since and have worked multiple jobs together. We have been thru alot of different chapters in life and I consider him a brother. I am thankful we have stayed close for all these years and look forward to having him stand beside me on my wedding day.

Michael is my brother in law and is married to my sister Andrea. He is a great husband to my sister ,as well as a wonderful father to my 2 nieces and nephew. Ryan is my cousin, we have been tearing the trails up on ATVS/dirt bikes since we were kids. We both enjoy grilling/smoking, so we are often trying different recipes to see who is better. He is always down for a cold beer, good music and just good vibes. I look forward to having him beside me with a cold beer in his hand.

Rayshawn has been a good friend of mine since we were in kindergarten. He is the type of person who would give you the shirt off of his back if needed. Patrick is another cousin of mine, we have grown up riding ATVS/dirt bikes as it just runs in our family. Patrick does not hesitate when you need a helping hand and I am thankful he is there when needed. We have made a lot of fun memories over the years and I look forward to having him beside me on my wedding day.

Justin is Kaitlin's younger brother who lives in philly with his wife Meghann who is also in Kaitlin's bridal party. We were so close as kids and I remember jumping on a small indoor trampoline together singing songs from a Disney movie. Justin has been there for me along my family and Fiance during a horrible condition I am still battling. So much so, that he drove me and my mom from Maryland all the way to Minnesota to go to the Mayo Clinic to get help for my condition. He hugged me while I cried in pain at the Mayo Clinic and kept telling me "we are going to figure this out." Justin you will always have a special place in my heart, we have been through a lot of as kids and so happy you are party of our day.

Andrew is Kaitlin's other younger brother who has a great personality and just goes with the flow. He has such a good heart and loves his family and friends. He has also been very supportive to me during a hard time medically that I am still battling. He has a really funny side to him and you can for sure see him n the dance floor with a whiskey ginger in hand!

Father of the Bride

My step-dad Dana has been in my life since I was in kindergarten. He took on two kids that were not his own and helped raise them like his own. He took me to endless amounts of swim meets and watched me break swimming records and make swimming olympic trials. He loved to volunteer to time swimmers for swim meets on Saturday morning during summer league swimming and mingle with the other parents during that. He always helps me with house hold issues and spends time wanting to know my life updates/how I’m doing. My step-dad helped raise me with my mom to be who I am today, and thank him for always being around
