Dress code is dressy-casual (Business casual). For the men this means slacks and a button up shirt, tie is optional and jacket is optional. This could also mean slacks and a dress shirt. For women this means a sundress or dress shirt and dress pants. This could also mean a skirt and dress shirt or a pants suit.
The hotel does not allow check in until 3 pm, which is the start time of ceremony, but we will have a shuttle available after the ceremony to bring you back to the dinner/reception if you would like to check in to your room before dinner. There will also be shuttles available later in the evening to bring you back to the hotel. The venue does allow for cars to be parked overnight, but they need to be moved before 10 am on Sunday.
Yes. Our ceremony will be outdoors. If we have inclement weather that day, there is the option to set up the ceremony indoors, at the same venue. Dinner will be indoors in the lower barn, same venue. Reception will also be indoors in the upper barn, same venue. The upper barn is handicap accessible. There will be a campfire and s'mores later in the day too. Please dress according to weather.
