Boca Grande is home to the deepest natural pass in Florida, making it famous for its fishing (known by some as the "Tarpon Capital of the World")! Renting a Kayak or SUP is also a great way to explore Boca Grande's waterways. There are many companies in the area offering rentals and charter services. The Gasparilla Inn's marina is a full-service option that is open to the public.
The Boca Grande Pass is guarded by the oldest structure on Boca Grande - the Port Boca Grande Lighthouse. The museum sits on a lovely public beach, showcasing the nautical history of the island. Great for spotting wildlife!
The 6.5 mile path that meanders through the middle of Boca Grande is part of what used to be an old railroad. Today, residents and visitors alike use it as a walking, running, biking or golf carting path!
Experience the ‘island within an island’ championship course, with views of the surrounding waters of scenic Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. The par 72, 6,837-yard course has five tees at each hole to suit all levels of play. The Gasparilla Golf Club is exclusive to guests and members and conveniently has no course tee times.
A Boca Grande staple! First opened in 1947 - still serving fresh seafood in a fun, retro atmosphere. We suggest making a reservation in advance, but it's worth it!
Known as "The Pink," this is a great option for a casual lunch downstairs, or a nice dinner in the upstairs dining room. Walk-ins only for the downstairs portion of the restaurant, however the upstairs does accept reservations. Don't skimp on the hummer (basically an adult milkshake).
Located at the Boca Grande Marina, near the heart of town, Miller's Dockside is a great laid-back destination for food and drink. Upstairs, the Eagle Grille offers a more formal restaurant. Both offer amazing views of the marina and harbor.

Located in the old "Theater Building" in the historic village, Scarpa's Costal serves Italian classics with an emphasis on fresh pastas and locally caught seafood.
Located at The Innlet hotel, the Outlet has the best breakfast on the island. Great views of the bayou (and phenomenal pancakes).
A casual, laid-back option for breakfast or lunch in the heart of town (don't forget to get a scoop of ice cream from The Loose Caboose ice cream window after)!

A must for cocktails! Located inside The Gasparilla Inn and like the rest of the hotel, it takes you back to Florida's old school charm. Open to guests and the public from midday to late night.
