It was a typical Saturday afternoon at Trufusion for heated pilates. The class ended and Kaisia noticed a former high school mate in the row in front of her. Jon and Kaisia greeted one another, Jon introduced his friend next to him "This is my friend, Nick". Nick reached for her hand "Hi, nice to meet you." In Kaisia’s mind, it was in slow-motion. Weeks later, they became Instagram friends. Nick replied to her Gym Photo where they had met, and asked to meet for a workout someday. They wasted no time and met that weekend for a bootcamp workout. They grabbed a smoothie afterward and ended up talking for 2 hours getting to know each other better. Nick suggested “Next time we can get dinner after our next workout.” The next meeting wasn’t a workout, it became an official date to a Las Vegas Golden Knights hockey game. We haven’t left each other since.
