Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

https://www.lyft.com/lp/09072024 Guests can use a Lyft code that guarantees a ride to/from the venue from the following locations: - Tru by Hilton Ashland - The Graduate Richmond LYFT CODE: 09072024 For your ride home at the end of the night, the Lyft team will pick you up directly from the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 4:10 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Bitte kommen Sie spätestens um 16:45 Uhr am Veranstaltungsort an.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is a large parking lot adjacent to the venue.

If you have "& family" listed on your invite, then you are welcome to bring children.

If you have a guest specifically listed on your invite, or have "& Guest" listed, then you are welcome to bring a date! When you RSVP, please be sure to indicate whether or not you will bring a guest.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is funky & festive cocktail attire! We encourage guests to wear fun and bright colors. Since our wedding is in early September, anticipate a warm (or hot) afternoon. Lighter fabrics will be key given the sub-tropical climate in Virginia.
