Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please meet us at our hotel by 10:15 so we have time to talk through the ceremony before starting our day!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking in the parks, but we will be carpooling as the parks limit the number of cars we’re allowed. There are park entrance fees by car, but they are waived at Arches on 11/11. We will choose designated drivers for the day on the morning of the ceremony.

Will it be cold?

Answer

The weather for the ceremony might get chilly, especially once the sun sets. We suggest bringing something warm to wear once the sun goes down. We intend to be outside for most of the day, so simply know yourself and be prepared! We will bring blankets, and there’s potential to make fire at Dead Horse Point.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes, there will be food, thank goodness! We are providing coffee and assorted snacks while we all get ready before the ceremony, and a catered dinner at our mini-reception. Then we’ll be meeting for brunch the next morning, location TBD. There’s plenty of dining options around Moab for meals outside of wedding festivities!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are not taking requests for food allergies/sensitivities. If you have concerns, please reach out to Megan and we can talk about your needs!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be getting together for festivities on Saturday that are in the works now! You can look forward to good food, time to hike and sightsee, and play games!

Answer

We have a small, strange registry here on Zola. Our preferred gift is honeymoon funds, as we plan for a beautiful honeymoon in 2023!
