Will there be transportation provided?

There will be transportation provided from our recommended hotels to the wedding venue and back.

Do I have to stay at one of the recommended hotels?
Answer
No, please stay wherever you would like! We reserved these hotel blocks for convenience. but feel free to stay anywhere in the Jacksonville area. Just remember that transportation will only be provided to and from our recommended hotels.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the ceremony by 4 pm. If you are staying at one of our recommended hotels, please be ready to board the charter bus by 3 pm; it is about a 45-minute ride to the venue.

When does the reception end?
Answer
The reception ends at 10 pm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is casual / semi-formal. The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors and it is still pretty hot in October in Florida!
