We kindly request that NO phones are being used during the ceremony. We truly want you to relax, enjoy and be present in the moment with us. This will be an unplugged ceremony and we've hired an amazing photographer/videographer that will be sure to capture every beautiful moment. However, you can take as many photos and videos at the reception as you like. Be sure to take some pictures with the bride and groom!!
The ceremony will be held indoors inside the Naval Aviation Memorial Chapel and the reception will also be held indoors at the beautiful Mustin Beach Club Venue, which are both located on a military base. The buildings have approximately 0.8 miles between.
The buildings where the ceremony and reception will be held, both have ample parking spaces.
Ladies and Gents! The dress code for our wedding will be a Black-Tie Formal affair with an Old Hollywood Glam appeal. To all the fellas, prepare to dress dapper in your best tuxedo. To all the ladies, feel free to bring out the furs, gloves, diamonds and pearls because they say diamonds are a girl's best-friend!
1.) If you have your military ID, you DO NOT have to fill out the form. 2.) If you are riding in the same vehicle with a military card holder (escorted by), you also DO NOT have to fill out a form. 3.) MILITARY CARD HOLDERS can escort up to 15 people on base, if those people have not filled out the form. (HOWEVER, if a non-military guest tries to leave and come back, you CAN NOT get back in without your escort) 4.) You have to list AT LEAST 2️⃣ forms of 🆔️ on the base form such as: - Driver's License -Passport - OR...Society Security # ✳️ If you don't feel comfortable putting your social security #, just put your drivers license and passport. AND FINALLY.... 5.) If you don't want to fill out the form and still want to attend. You have to take a trip to the Pensacola FL. VCC (Visitor Control Center) on base to get vetted at least a day before the wedding. P.S...with all that being said, I would recommend filling out the form because it's better safe than sorry.
