This is one resort, split into 3 sections. Generations is family friendly, whereas Casitas and El Dorado Royale are 18+ It is easy to walk or golf cart between the resort sections as desired, and guests can eat at any restaurants on any property. Children are restricted to Generations (which is super cool, by the way, we did visit to make sure we weren't shafting our friends with kids). All guests will be able to attend all events regardless of property location.
Yes, you must book in a Generations room. The travel website makes this easy to do and notes when a room is 18+.
All food and drinks while you're at the resort are included in your stay. While you're at the resort, you will not need to pay for any additional food (including room service) or beverage (including alcohol). Some services, like spas, are additional if requested. The resort has several restaurants, we recommend making reservations through a conscierge for dinners.
Yes. This area and resort are very safe. When you land, please go directly to the resort via verified transportation (more info to come).
Cancún International Airport (CUN) is the best airport for guests.
Your room booking comes with two transportation options. 1. A free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, with a maximum of 3 additional stops. 2. An upgraded, round-trip, private transfer option (charged per person), that will take you directly to the hotel in a private taxi. We highly recommend choosing one of these two options, as Ubers are not allowed at Cancun airport, and negotiating with taxi drivers at the airport will mean a much higher transportation cost.
