FAQs

Question

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 4th. This will help us complete the final preparations of our wedding.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that our wedding guests wear cocktail attire to our wedding as we will be requesting photos with everyone at the wedding. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi cocktail dresses. Gentleman can wear a suit and tie. No jeans please! Most of the venue is concrete or stone walkways, but gravel from the parking lot to the beginning of the ceremony site (nothing crazy, small distance). Please plan your shoes accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank You for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your Little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an Open Bar for you to enjoy as well as non-alcoholic beverages. There will be a tip jar if you would like to tip them. If you plan on drinking, for your safety we recommend using Uber or Lyft and stay in a nearby hotel. Must pick up your car no later then Noon the next day.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place outside. The ceremony will not have any cover from the sun, please feel free to bring hand fans if you would like. The reception is also uncovered, however the dance floor is inside.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos, and videos as you'd like!

Question

Will there be a money dance?

Answer

To honor the brides mom favorite part of a wedding we will be doing a money dance. The DJ will announce when it starts and if you choose to participate you can give money (any amount) to the bride or groom to have a dance with them.

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Do to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premise.

Question

Is there assistance around the venue?

Answer

If you have trouble walking or have trouble with stairs there will be golf carts available to transport you from place to place.

Question

What if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not get a RSVP by the date we have requested, you will be marked as "not coming". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest count to the venue in a timely manner they have given us and cannot accept any late RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive at 3:30pm to ensure you don't miss any celebrations and can claim your seat. (because this is such a famous event)

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Free parking for our wedding guest. (parking lot is gravel, nothing major)
