Please plan to be seated by 5:15pm. Ceremony start time is 5:30pm
The venue has a private parking lot. Guests can leave cars overnight if necessary, but must be picked up by 10am on Saturday morning.
YES!! For our guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, Suncoast where we have a room block, there will be a shuttle bus available for transportation to and from the venue. The first shuttle from the hotel will leave promptly at 4:15pm. The last shuttle to the ceremony will leave the hotel at 4:45pm. The shuttle will be available all night to make runs back to the hotel should you need to leave early. The last shuttle leaves the venue to the hotel at 12am.
We love your kids, we really do! You can bring them to the ceremony if you wish, however our cocktail hour and reception are adults only.
Cocktail attire. Short or long dresses, or pants suits for the ladies. Slacks and dress shirts or suits for the gents.
Full open bar from 6-10:30pm!! Beer, wine, liquor, and all the mixers! We will have a non alcoholic beverage station as well with fruit infused water and iced tea.
We will not have any restrictions, but you are welcome to "social distance" and wear a mask if you wish. We will not be providing masks, so please bring yours if you choose to wear one.
