Justin joined Melissa’s team at work and she was assigned to train him on the company’s systems. Working closely together over time, their working relationship grew into a friendship. Eventually, they both realized their friendship was growing into more and the rest is history.

Melissa and her sister Danielle regularly schedule “Sister Days”, where they do fun activities in St. Louis.  So when Danielle suggested that they have a Sister Day at Melissa’s favorite place, Melissa was unfazed.  Little did she know; Justin was planning a surprise proposal.  Sister Day came, and Melissa and Danielle met at the Grand Basin in Forest Park to take pictures. While Melissa was posing for pictures, Justin surprised Melissa with a tap on her shoulder, got down on one knee, and asked her to marry him.  She said, “a million times YES!” It was such a magical day!
