When are RSVPs due?

Do I have to stay at Indian Springs?

Answer

Nope! Do you! We have encouraged it because that is where we are staying and where we will be spending the remainder of the day on Saturday (at the pool!). As much as we'd love to, we can't commit to sneaking you into the pool but we're sure you'll make friends and we want you to do whatever is best for you!

When should I reserve my hotel room?

Answer

ASAP! Indian Springs doesn't offer great room blocks so we are doing our own take over of the hotel which means booking your room as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee accommodation if you wait and this hotel typically books out several months in advance. We will be celebrating after the Luncheon August 3rd at the Indian Springs pool which is reserved for guests of the hotel only. We encourage you to book a night there for at least Saturday night if you'd like to partake with us.

I'm having trouble booking at Indian Springs, what's going on?

UPDATE: There are no longer rooms available via booking.com. This means you *MUST* call Indian Springs (it's easier than their website) or book via their website.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

We recommend you rent a car to get around easily, especially if you will be staying in San Fransisco and traveling to Calistoga.

How can I get to and from the activities in Calistoga?

Answer

Calistoga also has a shuttle that is 'on-demand' and free to guests of hotels in the city of Calistoga. https://visitcalistoga.com/directory/the-calistoga-shuttle/ Additionally, Uber and Lyft are both active in the region, and there is parking available at all locations if you decide to drive yourself.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love all your kids, we are asking Moms and Dads to find a sitter so they can let loose for the weekend.
