When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1, 2023 at the latest. Simply click on the RSVP link at the top right hand corner. We hope you can join us!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire- dresses, pantsuits, suits, etc. (No white, please!)

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your kids- we really do! However, our wedding is an Adults Only wedding. We'd love for our wedding to be considered a night off for you guys!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please make note of what names are listed in your invitations/when you RSVP. If you don't find your guest's name, unfortunately we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. Thank you for understanding!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both indoors. However, cocktail hour from 4:00-5:00PM is outdoors so please bring clothes to keep you warm!

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

During cocktail hour, there will be appetizers served. Dinner will be served buffet style with 3 entrees and sides to choose from. We will also have an open bar and enjoy some desserts/wedding cake :)

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, our beautiful venue is surrounded by mountains & is considered a high risk fire zone. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited on the property. Guests may feel free to go off the property to smoke if desired. Thank you for your understanding!

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot at St. Max's and there are over 100 free parking spaces at the reception venue. Feel free to park anywhere you'd like!
