Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve is OUR favorite place to hike! Torrey Pines is 2,000 acres of coastal state park and after a long hike under the warm California sun the end of the trail leads you down to the beach where you can dip your toes in the cool Pacific Ocean. If you have time to enjoy this beautiful place, we HIGHLY recommend it!

Seaport Village is a waterfront shopping and dining complex adjacent to San Diego Bay. A great place to walk around and grab a coffee or bite to eat while enjoying the beautiful scenery! It houses more than 70 shops, galleries, and eateries on 90,000 square feet of waterfront property. The Village contains several freestanding buildings in an assortment of architectural styles, from Victorian to traditional Mexican. It is designed to be a car-free environment, with four miles of winding paths rather than streets connecting the various buildings

The Maritime Museum of San Diego, established in 1948, preserves one of the largest collections of historic sea vessels in the United States. Located on the San Diego Bay, the centerpiece of the museum's collection is the Star of India, an 1863 iron bark.
