Conner Killeen

Groom

A handsome radish for a handsome man! Conner is from Eagan, MN and spent his younger years with his amazing family, playing hockey, cribbage, running marathons, and crushing the robotics game. After graduating from Eagan High School, he moved to Bozeman to attend Montana State University for his degree in Pre-Med with a focus in microbiology. He made the most of college- volunteering for Hyalite Fire Department, sparking his passion for the Fire Service, researching neuron development in rats, summiting Mt. Baker and Mt. Hood, DJing for a local radio station, and discovering his love for Dungeons & Dragons. He currently serves the community of Clifton, CO as a Firefighter and soon to be paramedic. To say he is a man of many talents would be an understatement! Conner has the exceptional ability to be good at just about anything he does. While he is naturally sharp as a tack, kind-hearted, and hilarious, he is also hard-working, and dedicated to whatever he puts his mind to. One of the things I love most about Conner is his passion for learning. He is not only a diligent and curious student, but a caring teacher. He naturally falls into the role of teacher or mentor wherever he goes, bringing those around him up with him. I am so proud of Conner. I can't wait for a lifetime of learning from him and alongside him. To my partner and my best friend! Juliette

Juliette Moore

Bride

Juliette grew up in Boulder, Colorado and spent her time raising chickens in her laundry room, mastering the delicate art of pruning rose bushes, and steering the varsity rowing team as a dedicated coxswain. After graduating from Boulder High School, Juliette adventured out to Bozeman to attend Montana State University. Despite the challenges of gaining acceptance into the nursing program, Juliette's determination secured her a coveted spot in the Bozeman Nursing program. In addition to being a natural in her academic setting Juliette spent time working at AMR, volunteering at the Hyalite Fire Department, working as a horse trail-riding guide in Glacier National Park and delved into the world of Dungeons and Dragons. Juliette currently works as an RN at St. Mary’s Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit specializing in neurology and trauma patients. It’s hard to get more badass than that! Upon meeting Juliette, I was immediately struck by her kindness, compassion, intelligence, and witty humor. During our three-year journey together, Juliette has continually surprised and inspired me with her strong work ethic, endless love for her friends and family, and her willingness to embrace new challenges. Her presence in my life motivates me to strive for personal growth and to tackle new experiences with compassion and a strong work ethic. I can’t wait to raise chickens with you in our laundry room and explore the mountains on horseback together! To my best friend and soulmate! Conner

Kaylee Starbird

Maid of Honor

If you’re looking for a backcountry buddy, swing dancing partner, baker extraordinaire, plant whisperer or future PA, Kaylee is your gal! Kaylee and I met our freshman year of college. I remember grabbing lunch with her in the cafeteria and quickly realizing I had found a kindred spirit. Kaylee was hands-down the best part and saving grace of Scott Taylor's dreaded Anatomy & Physiology course. We became roommates our sophomore year and rode out those early months of the pandemic planning family dinners, movie nights (Frozen 2 is surprisingly depressing!), and Just Dance marathons to stay afloat. Kaylee makes doing hard things not only feel possible, but joyful with her perseverance, laughter, and compassion. Kaylee is a deeply kind, thoughtful, strong-hearted lady with a kickass work ethic and sense of adventure. She never ceases to amaze and inspire me. I can’t wait for you all to meet my dear friend and Maid-of-Honor, Kaylee!

Hans Mueller

Best Man

Meet Hans Mueller, the man who has been by my side since our second-grade adventures at Pine Wood Elementary. Early on in our friendship we played baseball, soccer and were a part of a robotics team. As we got older we enjoyed LAN parties, late night gaming sessions, continuing our passion with the high school robotics team and spending time at his family cabin. His loyalty as a friend, unwavering support in our adventures through life, and contagious laughter have been a constant in my life. I have learned many life lessons from Hans and will continue to do so. So, here's to Hans - my best friend, gaming buddy, robotics partner, and now, my Best Man. May our journey continue, and may the adventures ahead be as legendary as the memories we've created together. Cheers to you, my friend!

Olivia Pfeiffer

Bridesmaid

Olivia Pfeiffer is the definition of boss-lady. When she sets her mind to something, it will be done flawlessly and beyond expectation. Oh and right after that she’s off to a concert, Philly’s game or international conference. Liv and I met in 8th grade as knobby kneed novice rowers for a rowing team in Colorado (we had a puddle just big enough to row on). We navigated race courses and high school heartbreaks alike together, watching Howl’s Moving Castle in the stairwell during our lunch period and donning mustaches for epic Shakespeare remakes (our 'Romeo and Juliet' is still floating around on youtube somewhere- unfortunately). We were pretty cool kids if you couldn’t tell! We sure thought so anyway ;) As we've gone from awkward 8th graders to young adults, she has been a constant, loving presence in my life and I am forever grateful for Oliva.

Jake Bickerstaff

Groomsman

Jake was the new, cool kid that came to Eagan High School from out of town. I was initially blown away how charismatic and friendly he was, especially being in a brand-new environment. At the time I was very much antisocial and struggled with making new friends. As we got to know each other he showed me how to break out of my bubble, meet new people and try new things. Ever since I’ve known Jake his friendship and love has been never-ending through thick and thin. Jake and I bonded during our constant hangouts in high school, either having fun nights in or having adventures in the Eagan area. We enjoyed bumping tunes to and from school, creating everlasting memories at Tom’s farm and working together the summer before I left for college. Jake’s friendship has shown me how to love and cherish those close to me, for which I will be forever grateful.

Tyra Christopherson

Bridesmaid

Tyra and I just so happened to sit next to each other in our infectious disease lecture. Little did we know what the next few years would hold for us! We quickly fell into step as we nervously applied for nursing school and Hyalite Fire together. We spent lots of time together through nursing school, fire training, and eventually being the two gals living with six messy dudes in a fire station. Carpools, care plans, and late night calls with Tyra are some of my fondest memories from college. As we've made our way into and through healthcare, fire, and EMS, she remains someone I look up to and respect deeply. She models how to show up authentically and with integrity both professionally and personally. We’ve grown and accomplished much by each other’s sides. I am incredibly proud of and grateful for my fierce, big-hearted friend, Tyra!

Kale Pickett

Groomsman

When I had first joined the Hyalite Fire Department it was quite apparent that Kale was a respected leader and passionate about medicine. I looked up to him as a leader that kept his cool under pressure, was always willing to teach those around him and was always inquisitive no matter the subject. As we got to know each other we started to bond over our love for Star Wars, video games and the universe of Dune. After our time at Hyalite, Kale and I have enjoyed playing Dungeons & Dragons together. During our late-night D&D sessions, he continues to blow me away with his creativity and problem solving. Since meeting Kale he has shown me how to dive head first into my passions, be unabashedly me and how to be an effective leader in a prehospital setting.

Brianna Scherrer

Bridesmaid

Brianna and I spent late nights after fire training in the turn-out room talking about the stresses of college life, fire ground antics, and dreams for our futures. I was absolutely thrilled when she moved into Sourdough Station, bringing her sharp-wit, bubbly personality, and killer quesadilla cooking skills. We spent many hours in the workout room jamming to 2000s pop and wondering how we would walk following her brutal workouts. She is fearless in her pursuits, devoted to her friends and family, and the toughest person I know. I am so proud to call Bri my friend. P.S. Bri is a personal trainer as well if you're looking for an amazing coach!

Connor Haworth

Groomsman

As I got to know Connor at Hyalite Fire Department and AMR where we quickly realized that we were one in the same, even sharing the same nickname from time to time. He became my mentor and selflessly spent his time to advance my development at Hyalite. Outside of our work we enjoyed listening to old school rap, having philosophical discussions and cracking jokes. I’m very fortunate to have had a mentor like Connor who helped to show me the importance of staying cool under pressure and keeping those around you calm. I am excited for the years to come and the future wisdom he has to share.

Dan McGee

Groomsman

I met Dan McGee during our first semester of organic chemistry lab. His aggressive titration methods and free style approach to lab instructions had me initially worried but the results started to speak for themselves. We got to know each other as we wrote lab reports and studied for exams together. We began bonding over the stress of college, watching UFC fights and the occasional cold beverage. As we spent the next three years of college taking every class together our friendship took off. I was amazed how passionate and excited he was, both for the people he cared for and for his direction in dentistry. He showed me how to enjoy my time out of class and welcomed me into his friend group with no hesitation. There are few people in this world that are as passionate as Dan and I’m so grateful that he decided to be my lab partner all those years ago.

Nick Frisvold

Groomsman

I met Nick playing hockey back in elementary school where we quickly learned that we both enjoyed the same ‘hype’ music before hockey games. This shared enjoyment of music and out of town hockey tournaments kickstarted our friendship. As we got to know each other I learned that Nick has the most infectious laughter out of anyone that I had met and I seem to grow a new ab muscle whenever we spend time together. As we have gotten older, we enjoy reminiscing on our past adventures and talking about our current lives. Nick has always been a rock and anchor to where I was and to where I am now. No matter the time that passes we always seem to naturally pick up in the same spot we left off, which speaks to Nick's honesty and true nature. Although he won’t be able to attend the wedding, Nick has meant a lot to me and I look forward to the years to come with him as my friend.
