Check-in time is 3:00pm. Parking: On-site parking is available at the hotel parking garage for $25 per night. There is also a parking garage, The Chestnut Street Garage (14 E. Chestnut St.), one block away from the hotel. Upon entering the garage, proceed to long-term parking on the second floor. Parking is $10 per night. The Hotel Warner is right in the heart of downtown West Chester and only a 10-minute drive to Penn Oaks Golf Club. A shuttle will be provided to transport guests to and from the hotel and venue.

Shuttle Information

A shuttle will provide transportation from the Hotel Warner to Penn Oaks prior to the ceremony, as well as transportation post-reception back to the hotel. Getting to Penn Oaks: Shuttle times are scheduled for 4:00pm and 4:30pm to take guests to the ceremony. You do NOT have to be staying at the hotel to use the shuttle. Leaving Penn Oaks: The first shuttle will depart at 10:00pm and run on a continuous loop until all guests have arrived back to the Hotel Warner. The reception will end at 10:30pm. You do NOT have to be staying at the hotel to use the shuttle.
