What time does the bus leave for the wedding?

Buses will leave from The Row Hotel (360 Foley Street, Someville, MA 02145) at 4PM. Buses will be parked in front of the hotel near the valet.

Can I take the bus back from the wedding at the end of the night even if I don't take it there (or vice versa)?

Yes.

Do I need to sign up or notify you in advance that I am taking the bus?

Answer

No. There are two buses, there will be plenty of room. Just be ready to go by 4pm. You snooze you lose. Don't snooze!

We've tried to answer all your questions here. On the day of the wedding, we don't plan to answer phone calls or texts. If you are unsure of something, ask a member of the wedding party or just use your best judgment.

Buses will leave the venue at 10:45pm. They will drop off at The Row Hotel, same location as pick-up.

Will you provide dinner on Friday?

Answer

Nope - just drinks. Lots of great places to eat around the hotels. Check out the Where to Eat tab for recommendations!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend that our out of town guests stay in or close to Boston. That's where we will be staying - and we want to spend time with you! That's also where official wedding transportation will leave from and drop you off at the end of the night. Plus, there is plenty to do in Boston on Friday night, Saturday day and Sunday, if you so choose. We are staying at the Row Hotel in Assembly Row (see Hotel page for details!) and would be delighted if you stayed there. However, see below for our tip about where to stay (including AirBnb, other hotels, etc).

Should I book a hotel in Peabody?

Answer

You can, but we won't be there. If you decide to book a hotel in Peabody, you'll also need to secure your own transportation to and from the venue. If you are driving your own vehicle - that's great! There is parking at the venue. See below for our tip on Uber/Lyft.

Can I take an Uber/Lyft to or from the venue?

Answer

We don't recommend it. Uber/Lyft is less reliable than it used to be. While it's likely you'll be able to get an Uber/Lyft from anywhere in Boston, we can't guarantee you'll find one in Peabody at the end of the night. We suggest staying in Boston and using official wedding transportation from Assembly Row.

Yes! Everything is happening at Olio, 43 Main Street, Peabody, MA, 01960.

If I am staying in Boston, how should I get to the venue?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding for anyone staying in Greater Boston. The transportation will leave from Assembly Row in Somerville (If you're not familiar with Boston - don't worry, Somerville is very close to downtown and easy to get to). You can take the T, Uber/Lyft or drive your own vehicle to Assembly Row. Hop on the bus, crack open a beverage and enjoy yourself! We'll take it from there.

If I live in Boston and don't want to get a hotel, can I use the official wedding transportation?

Answer

You bet! We recommend it. Just get yourself to Assembly Row, we will get you to and from the venue.

Ok, so do I have to get a hotel room at Assembly Row?

Answer

You can - but you don't have to. See the Hotel page for info about room blocks at or near Assembly Row. If you prefer AirBnb, staying with a friend or want to book with another hotel chain, that's just fine. You can still take official wedding transportation from Assembly Row to and from the venue.

I live in New England - do I need to get a hotel room?

Answer

It's up to you. You have options: 1. You can book at hotel at Assembly Row (where we will be staying) and take official wedding transportation to and from Peabody. 2. You can book a hotel anywhere you want and use official transportation from Assembly Row. 3. You can skip the hotel, but still use official transportation from Assembly Row. 4. You can drive yourself straight to the venue - Olio, 43 Main Street, Peabody, MA 01960. 5. You can take your chances with getting an Uber/Lyft to the venue. Just remember, we don't recommend it.

Is there parking at the venue?

The venue recommends using one of many municipal parking spaces in Downtown Peabody. The closest and largest lot is located at 86 Mill Street, Peabody. It is a 2 minute walk to Olio's front door. There is also metered parking all along Main Street, directly in front of Olio. Can I bring my kid(s)?

We kindly ask you to leave the kiddos at home. We have lots of little ones in our lives that we love, but they won't be attending the wedding.
