I met Juliana when I started working my very first job in the medical field at CPL. It was all new to me, and I was so nervous. I'd hear her talking across from me and would think "that's one loud Latina with a lot to say, I like her!" To my surprise though, she seemed to want nothing to do with me. Thankfully, with some persistence, we changed that. Fast forward to now, 5 years later, I have the pleasure to call her my friend. She makes me laugh, and she's always there to listen. I learned early she's not scared to tell it how it is. Which I'm so grateful for because I definitely needed it sometimes. I can't wait to make more memories to cherish!

Juli and I met when I first started working at CPL in 2020. I knew inmediatly that I wantedto be her friend becasue of her radiant, energetic personality. Her and I instantly had a connection! May have been in part due to our shared language and culture, but i believe our energies were drawn to one another. The world knew I needed her nurture and intuitive wisdom in my life. And the world knew she needed some of my spontaneity and free spirited nature in hers. She may not always agree with my decisions (and I probably don't either, haha), but she will always be there for me no matter what - unconditionally. She is my sister, and I am hers.

I met Juliana 4 years ago when she joined the Microbiology Department at CPL. I'm typically a quiet and reserved person, but I was drawn to Juli's fun, energetic personality right away. I love her straightforward approach to life. You never have to wonder what she's thinking because she'll tell you. I know I can talk her about anything and I'm honored to call her a close friend.
