Hotel
[All rooms have been reserved at this point!] We've asked Poco Cielo to hold the weekend of the wedding for our guests, but we encourage you to make rezzies here for longer if you're up for it — their 18 uniquely themed rooms are lovely, the staff is great, and it's right on the water. In order to make a reservation, don't use a booking site. Instead, check out the rooms on their website ("view" button linked below, www.pococielo.com), decide which one(s) you like, and email pococielo@yahoo.com, with the subject "Krissa and Julia's Wedding" and with the details of your desired stay.
House Or Rental
An airbnb near Krissa's family home is a great option — grab your family and friends and make a vacation out of it! Check out Campo Lopez itself (where Krissa's family's house is), one of the neighborhoods to the north or south (like Plaza del Mar) for ocean views, or you could go a little inland for some incredibly affordable options.
Hotel
Another option that's a 12-minute drive from the wedding venue, Puerto Nuevo is a little tourist enclave / village that's right on the water. This we don't have a room block here, but the upside is that you can reserve online :).
Travel Note
Your best bet will likely be to fly into San Diego and drive down to Baja from there. We may figure out some shuttle options for folks coming in just for the weekend, but for those of you coming for longer, we recommend grabbing a rental car to get around — things are a little spread out. Renting in San Diego will be more expensive — USD and you'll need to get insurance for Mexico — than crossing the border and renting in Tijuana.
