WE'RE GETTING MARRIED: UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN

Castello di Ristonchi will exclusively host our wedding celebration weekend. This medieval castle was commissioned by Italy’s famous Medici family in 900 AD and continues to overlook the gorgeous Tuscan landscape. Its rich history shows throughout the property with signs of monks, wars, and stonemasons. Surrounding the castle and chapel are olive groves, hemp fields and fruit trees all in the middle of an ancient chestnut forest. We deeply understand that a destination wedding (especially an international one) is an enormous ask of our guests. We hope that if you choose to join us, you will look at this as an opportunity to travel to Italy and enjoy a vacation (with a really fun wedding as the icing on the cake). We've tried to make things as easy as possible for you by working with Ristonchi to provide your housing during the duration of the wedding weekend. If you choose to join us for the wedding weekend then all accommodations for the three day weekend will be included in a one time reservation fee ($600.00/per guest). This price will include your lodging and meals for the three days. In addition to the traditional wedding evening hosted by the bride & groom, Greg and Julia will be hosting events throughout the weekend-- including a welcome reception dinner, a pasta making class, etc. To make travel a bit easier- we will also be providing you with transportation from Florence to the Castle on the afternoon of Friday May 24th. Check in begins at 4:00 PM on Friday May 24th and check out will be at 11:00 AM on Monday May 27th. Castello di Ristonchi consists of 30 apartments from studios to 2-bedrooms. Each apartment has it's own private bathroom and kitchen. We look forward to acting as a middle man and working with each of you to be sure that you are fully accommodated during your stay.
