If you have any questions about our big day, please check out the FAQs below first. If you don't find an answer here, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom!
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive at camp as early as 6 PM on Friday evening if you plan to stay for the weekend. If you are only coming for the ceremony and reception, please arrive to St. Mary's Church by 2:45 PM at the latest so you have time to park.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage guests to wear cocktail attire for the ceremony and reception. There is no air conditioning at camp and you will be walking on grassy areas between buildings, so please choose your attire and shoes accordingly. Not sure what cocktail attire looks like? Check out this guide: https://www.brides.com/cocktail-attire-wedding-4844364

Question

Is there parking available at Camp Ozanam?

Answer

Parking will be available for all guests at camp. Please look for and follow the signage when you arrive for instructions on where to park.

Question

Will there be assistance available to help get around camp?

Answer

For guests who are uncomfortable or unable to walk long distances or on uneven terrain, we will have a few golf carts available to transport guests between event spaces on the camp property.

Question

How can I communicate dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will have vegetarian and and gluten-free food options available for all guests. If you have a different dietary restriction, please reach out to the bride or groom directly and we will see if we can make accommodations.

Question

If I come for the full weekend, will meals be provided?

Answer

The only meals provided will be Saturday dinner and Sunday brunch. If you plan to stay for the weekend please pack food for the remaining meals or check out one of our favorite local restaurants on the "Things to Do" page!

Question

What is cell phone service/wifi like at camp?

Answer

Cell phone service is spotty and there is no public wifi available. We encourage guests to unplug during the ceremony and reception. There is a landline phone available in case of emergencies.

Question

Can I bring my dog (or other pet) with me to camp?

Answer

While we love all our furry friends, pets are not allowed at the ceremony, reception, or on the campgrounds during the wedding weekend.
