Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Please arrive prior to 4:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm sharp.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Cocktail hour will be hosted indoors after the ceremony so you can enjoy some drinks and hor d'oervres before dinner! PASSED HOR D'OERVRES: Marinated Artichoke heart and heirloom tomato bruschetta Seared Beef tenderloin - with horseradish cream cheese and stone-ground Dijon mustard perched on a brioche crostini Spanakopita - Flaky filo pastry triangles stuffed with chopped spinach, feta, and pine nut filling.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dinner and reception will begin at 6 p.m. Dinner will be buffet-style and then we will start dancing after :) Dinner Menu PLATED SALAD: Spring mix with baby spinach, strawberries, apples, grapes, feta cheese, and pecans wrapped in a daikon radish. Served with a poppy seed vinaigrette. ENTREES (you can pick or have both!): Flat Iron Steak with green chimichurri sauce with bright flavors of fresh parsley, garlic, oregano, cilantro, lime juice Grilled Chicken Breast marinated in olive oil, garlic and herbs served with a light garlic herb glaze.
