The ceremony will be in the Birdsong Chapel. Cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting) behind Carriage Hall. The reception will be inside Carriage Hall.

Transportation from hotels to venue:

Answer

Shuttles will be departing the hotels to the venue between 2:40-2:50pm. Please be in the lobby by 2:30pm ready to go. There will 2 return trips from the venue to the hotels at 8pm & at 10:45pm.

What is the dress code?

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the capacity requirements of our venue, all invitees will be specifically addressed on their invitation.

Is there parking at the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. The ceremony and reception are at that the same place and there is a parking lot that is available for guests to park for the wedding. Please refer to the venue map for directions.

Are any events held outside?

Answer

Yes! Weather permitting, cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Our ceremony will be in an open air chapel that is covered.
