Absolutely! Contact us so we can let our caterer know in advance. Gluten free, non - dairy, vegan, and vegetarian options are available by request.

Where are these hotels located in relation to the venue?

Answer

The Hampton Inn and Wingate by Wyndham are located in the same parking lot across from Double A's Pizza Sports Bar and Grill. They are approximately 30 minutes from the event venue.

Is there transportation available?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided to and from the hotels listed. Pick up and drop off times will be listed at the hotel on check in. There is also parking available at the venue if you choose to drive.
