Things To Do

Grand Ole Opry

Grand Ole Opry

600 Opry Mills Drive, Nashville, TN 37214

The home of country music.

6th & Peabody

6th & Peabody

423 6th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37203

When the weather is good, this is one of our favorite spots to visit. Since you're in Tennessee, try their moonshine tasting! We spent Toby's 10th birthday here as it's dog friendly. While you're there, Kelly recommends you try White Duck Taco Shop. The fish taco and chips with queso are some of her favorites. JT recommends you try the Kickin' Bull. It's their Mango Habanero Whiskey and a sugar-free Red Bull.

Old Town Trolley Tours Nashville

Old Town Trolley Tours Nashville

201 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37201

Explore and see Nashville with this hop on, hop off trolley tour!

M.L.Rose Craft Beer & Burgers - Melrose

M.L.Rose Craft Beer & Burgers - Melrose

2535 8th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37204

We went here for our first date. Needless to say, we had a great time. You may still see us here for Trivia on Tuesdays. JT loves the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap and Kelly prefers the SGT. Pepper Burger. We both love their waffle fries! Draft beer is a great addition to either.

Broadway

Broadway

Broadway, Nashville, TN

Nashville wouldn't be Nashville without Lower Broadway. Here's a list of places that have had a significant impact on our love story. -Bootleggers - after a few months of dating, this is where Kelly realized she has fallen for JT. -5th and Broadway - for shopping and be sure to visit Food Assembly Hall for a food court like no other! -Bridgestone Arena - where the Nashville Predators hockey team plays. Check out their store. -Robert's Western World - ask for the recession special. It includes a fried bologna sandwich (one of JT's favorites), served with chips, moon pie, and an ice cold PBR. Can't beat that in today's economy! -Acme Seed and Feed - we went here for Taylor Swift's Era's Tour pre-party before going to her concert. BEST NIGHT EVER. The rooftop views are some of the best in Nashville. -Tootsie's Orchid Lounge - legendary -Kid Rock's Big Ass Honky Tonk - the mother of the bride's must stop when she visits Nashville.

Ryman Auditorium

Ryman Auditorium

116 5th Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37219

Music's most iconic stage. JT and Kelly agree that live music sounds best here.

The Parthenon

The Parthenon

2500 West End Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203

The Parthenon stands proudly as the centerpiece of Centennial Park, Nashville's premier urban park. The re-creation of the 42-foot statue Athena is the focus of the Parthenon just as it was in ancient Greece. The building and the Athena statue are both full-scale replicas of the Athenian originals. If you take the Old Town Trolley Tour, this is one of your stops. We recommend getting off at this stop and exploring Centennial Park.
