When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 18th, 2025. You can RSVP on our website by searching your first and last name. Please reach out to Jackie with any questions !

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Your presence & support is all we can ask for! We created a registry through Crate and Barrel, Target and Home Depot. All registries are linked in one place on this Zola website.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. There will be shuttle services available before and after the wedding festivities. The shuttle will depart from the Hyatt hotel and ((second hotel TBD)) hotel before the ceremony. Please plan accordingly as the last shuttle (before the ceremony) will depart by 3:45PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a semi formal event, so please dress to impress in your best cocktail attire! The reception and cocktail hour will be outdoor so please plan accordingly .

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, the wedding and celebration is by invitation only. All guest we can accommodate for will be listed on the invite and website RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Again, due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate children of immediate family & those listed on the invite. We hope this will allow you to enjoy a deserved night off to celebrate! Please let Jackie know if there are any questions or concerns.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Absolutely! There is a large gravel parking lot right outside the venue. Parking is free and located right on the venue’s property.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The hotel recommendations are listed on our “Travel” section on our website. As far as other suggestions, anything in the Belden Village area is a good location for hotels, shopping , and food options !
