What if I didn't RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 1st, 2023. To help us with our planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the date we've provided. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we can't make exceptions and will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we don't want to risk any hiccups in the planning process. We hope you can understand.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive NO LATER than 4:00 PM as we plan to start the ceremony at 4:30PM.

What is the dress code?

Answer

To help make this an unforgettable evening, we kindly request that our guests dress to impress with their best semi-formal that doubles as dancing attire! Ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white or shades of white - we wouldn't want anyone to mistake you for the bride. Please prepare to bring back up shoes if heels are uncomfortable :)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask kindly to leave kids at home with a sitter. We will have immediate family kids but would love for everyone to enjoy themselves. we hope you understand and use this evening as an opportunity to enjoy a romantic night out with your significant other.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have a shuttle to and from the Rewind hotel at the following times: 4PM, 8PM, & 10:30PM The other hotels are less than a mile away. Although there are a couple of alternative options: 1. Uber - The hotels listed in the travel are less than 10 minutes away. 2. Walk - I have mapped it out and it's about a 30-minute walk.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking available on-site. PLEASE DO NOT drink and drive as cars can be left overnight until 10AM the next morning.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, note any food allergies when you RSVP.
