The closest airports to the venue are San Antonio (45 minutes) and Austin (1 hour). We prefer that you fly into San Antonio airport but if prices are better at Austin by all means feel free to choose that one. We can help assist with transportation to the venue site. Please let us know which airport you will arrive into as soon as you know your travel plans!

Our venue has a TON of activities on-site and we would love it if you chose to stay on-site with us during our event! We have discounts for those who choose to stay in the cabins on-site! Fill out the information attached to the link to book: https://forms.gle/1zzmzcHLMaMyf6S97 Cabin types: Cypress-- Walking distance to the venue, can sleep up to 8 guests. One bedroom, 2 single bunk beds, a pull out sofa and a loft with a queen bed. Full kitchen and 1 bathroom. Willow-- Walking distance to the venue, these can sleep up to 12 guests! 2 queen bedrooms, a pull out sofa, and a loft with a queen bed. Full kitchen and 1 bathroom. UPDATE: The venue runs a promo code called BONUS. If a guest books 4 nights (which your full weekend guests would have to do) they will get the 4th night (Monday) free. That means your Sunday-Tuesday guests would get 10% off their nightly rate and your Friday - Tuesday guests would get Monday night free.

There are cabins below the wedding venue site (still on the same property) also at a discounted price. These have 2-person, 8-person, and 12-person options! There is a two-night minimum for each cabin and each one is based on an occupancy of 4 (Add $21/night for each additional guest). There's no charge for kids under 4. Nightly prices: Coyote Bubbly $358.13 Bluebonnet $247.33 Willow $259.67 If there were other cabins you guys like I can still block them off too at discounted rates! Will transportation to the venue be provided?
If you are staying on Willow Ridge/Camp FIMFO property with us, there are golf carts and trails leading to the wedding site already included! If you choose to stay off-site and do not have a rental car, ride-share options are available such as, Uber and Lyft. Please reach out to the bride, groom or MOHs if you have any questions.

Are there hotels nearby?
Since the majority of our guests are from out-of-town, we chose a venue that can accommodate such a large number of visiting guests! The venue provides lodging that sleeps several people with full kitchens, bathrooms, grills, etc. for a discounted price. If you did not let us know in your RSVP that you were interested in staying in these cabins, please reach out ASAP so we can help to accommodate you! There are many hotels near our venue, if you choose to stay off-site. Please let us know if you'd like assistance! If you choose to stay off-site the venue does day passes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They are $47 per person and that includes the tax.
